Online Client Services

Peace of mind comes from having the information you need when you need it. That's why MedBen offers a variety of online customer service tools, all available around the clock with the simple click of a mouse. From reviewing the status of a recent medical claim to monitoring your flexible spending account (FSA) activity, our online client services can help you get a firm handle on your benefits – anywhere, anytime!

MedBen Access gives you 24/7 access to real-time claims and benefits information. You also can change eligibility information, order an ID card and do a host of other things – anywhere there’s an Internet connection! (Password required.)

There's more! Many MedBen Access users also have a convenient way to access their prescription drug information. While visiting MedBen Access, simply click on “My Rx” to visit our RxEOB site. There, you can review your medication history and learn about possible lower cost drug alternatives. Employers also can generate timely reports that will help them keep on top of cost trends. No additional password is required!

At the MedBen Secure site, employers can review or download their most current standard reports. The site provides multiple layers of security to protect personal health information (PHI) to the fullest degree. (Password required.)

Our FSA/HRA Account Tracking service allows your employees to see what their balance is in their flexible spending account (FSA) and/or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) at any given time during the year. They also can review a detailed listing of account deductions. (Password required.) Participants can determine IRS-eligible expenses with our Health Care Expenses Table.

If you have received a MedBen “BennyTM” Debit Card to make purchases through your FSA, you can activate it here, plus find helpful information to use your card efficiently.

To see the savings possible from an FSA, take advantage of our FSA Tax Savings Calculator. It offers a side-by-side comparison of the potential costs when you pay your health care expenses with before-tax and after-tax dollars. Try it for yourself – and expect to be pleasantly surprised!
